Get a photo opinion on WhatsApp
If you are not ready to visit yet, send photos of your nose on WhatsApp for an initial opinion. For the most useful photos:
- Front viewFace the camera straight on, in daylight, with your hair away from your face.
- Both side profilesTurn fully to the left and to the right, keeping your chin level.
- Base viewTilt your head back so the nostrils are visible.
- A short noteTell us what bothers you, whether you have breathing problems, and any previous nose surgery or injury.
A photo opinion is a starting point. A final plan always needs an examination, including a nasal endoscopy.

Frequently asked questions
Do I need an appointment?
An appointment is recommended so that Prof. Dr. Sriprakash Vinnakota has enough time for your consultation and nasal endoscopy. Call or WhatsApp +91 94949 40725 to book a time that suits you.
Which location should I visit?
Prof. Dr. Vinnakota consults and operates at MicroCare ENT Hospital, KPHB Colony, Kukatpally, and also consults at Apollo Hospitals, Financial District. Choose whichever is closer, and tell us when you book.
Can I get an opinion before visiting?
Yes. Send clear front, side and base photos of your nose on WhatsApp, with a short note about your concern and any breathing problems. We will reply with an initial opinion and suggest the next step. A final plan always needs an examination.
I live outside Hyderabad or abroad. How do I plan?
Start with a photo opinion on WhatsApp. We will advise how many days to plan in Hyderabad, usually about 7 to 10 days after surgery for the splint to come off, and help you schedule the consultation and surgery together.
What should I bring to my first visit?
Bring any previous ENT or surgical reports, CT scans, a list of your medicines, your insurance or TPA card if you have one, and, if you like, photos of noses whose shape you admire. Under 18, a parent or guardian must come with you.
What do I do in an emergency after surgery?
For heavy bleeding, high fever or any urgent concern after surgery, call the emergency line +91 87900 67143, available round the clock, or come straight to MicroCare ENT Hospital, KPHB.
