A clear, itemised quote, built around your nose.
Rhinoplasty is not a one-price package, because no two noses need the same operation. After a proper assessment, you receive an itemised quote that shows exactly what is included, along with honest advice on insurance and EMI.

Why rhinoplasty costs vary
Your cost depends on your goals and your anatomy. These are the factors that shape it:
What is being changed
A small tip refinement involves less work than hump reduction with bone work, and both less than full structural reconstruction.
Primary or secondary surgery
Revisions take longer and often need grafts, so they cost more than a first operation.
Septum, valves and turbinates
Septoplasty, valve repair or turbinate reduction done in the same operation add to the time.
Septal, ear or rib cartilage
Ear and especially rib cartilage add a second site and operating time.
Open or closed
The approach is chosen for your nose; open surgery for complex work usually takes longer.
Theatre, anaesthesia and stay
An NABH-accredited operation theatre, full-time anaesthesia team and day-care or overnight stay.
How procedures compare
As a general guide, the more structural work and grafting a procedure needs, the higher its cost. Your own quote may differ.
What your quote includes
- Surgeon's fee for your planned operation.
- Hospital and operation theatre charges, for day care or a one-night stay.
- Anaesthesia by our full-time anaesthesia team.
- Grafts, if your plan needs cartilage from the septum, ear or rib.
- Splint and dressings, removed at about day 7.
- Follow-up visits for up to one year.
Insurance, TPA and EMI

The functional part may be covered
Correcting a documented deviated septum, valve collapse or injury is often eligible. Purely cosmetic changes are self-paid. Approval depends on your insurer, and we provide the endoscopy and clinical reports needed.
Interest-free options
Spread the cost with interest-free EMI through our financing partners, subject to their approval.
Your consultation: how we arrive at your quote
- Your goalsWe discuss what bothers you about your nose and your breathing.
- ExaminationYour face, nose, skin thickness and proportions are examined and photographed.
- Airway checkA nasal endoscopy looks at the septum, valves and turbinates.
- Your planWe explain the approach (open or closed, cosmetic, functional or both) and whether grafts are needed.
- Your itemised quoteWith insurance and EMI options and the next steps explained.
Value, not just price
When comparing quotes, it helps to compare what you are getting, not only the number:
- Is your breathing assessed, with an endoscopy, before surgery?
- Is it done in a hospital, with a dedicated anaesthesia team?
- Are grafts and follow-up included in the quote?
- What happens if you need a touch-up?

Frequently asked questions
How much does rhinoplasty cost in Hyderabad?
There is no fixed package price, because every nose needs a different plan. The cost depends on what is being changed, whether breathing correction is needed, whether it is a first operation or a revision, and whether grafts are needed. You receive an itemised quote after your consultation.
Why can't you give a price over the phone?
An accurate quote needs an examination of your nose, skin and airway, usually including a nasal endoscopy. A price given without that would likely change, which is not fair to you.
What does the quote include?
Your itemised quote covers the surgeon's fee, hospital and operation theatre charges, anaesthesia, any grafts, the splint and dressings, and follow-up visits for up to one year, with no hidden hospital charges.
Is rhinoplasty covered by insurance?
Purely cosmetic surgery is not covered. The functional part, such as correcting a documented deviated septum, valve collapse or injury, may be eligible for insurance or TPA cover; approval depends on your insurer and policy. We provide the endoscopy and clinical reports needed.
Do you offer EMI?
Yes. Interest-free EMI options are available through our financing partners, subject to their approval.
Is revision rhinoplasty more expensive?
Usually, yes. Revisions take longer, scar tissue makes the work more complex, and cartilage from the ear or rib is often needed.
Should I choose a surgeon on price?
Price matters, but so do the surgeon's training, the hospital setting and whether your breathing is assessed. A well-planned first operation is usually the best value, because a revision costs more than doing it right the first time.
