Refine your nose. Keep it yours.
The nose sits at the centre of the face, so small changes affect the balance of every other feature. Cosmetic rhinoplasty changes its shape, width and angle while keeping the proportions natural, planned by an ENT-led team so that breathing is protected throughout.

What is cosmetic rhinoplasty?
Cosmetic rhinoplasty is surgery to improve the appearance and symmetry of the nose so that it sits in balance with the forehead, eyes, lips and chin. The aim is a nose that looks like it has always belonged to your face, not a standard or "operated" shape.
It is most often chosen for these concerns:
A hump on the bridge
A bony or cartilage bump seen in profile.
A bulbous or wide tip
A rounded tip that lacks definition.
A drooping tip
A tip that points down, often more noticeably when smiling or speaking.
A crooked nose
A nose that deviates to one side of the face.
A broad bridge or flared nostrils
Width out of proportion with the eyes and face.
A flat or low bridge
A bridge that needs building up with cartilage.

What we reshape, and how
Dorsal hump reduction
The hump is lowered with small, controlled cuts in the nasal bones (micro-osteotomies) and fine smoothing of bone and cartilage. The roof of the nose is preserved or rebuilt, which keeps the profile straight without narrowing the airway.
Nasal hump correctionTip sculpting and rotation
The lower lateral cartilages are reshaped with stitches and, where needed, small cartilage grafts that support the tip. This sets how far the tip projects and how much it turns up, and helps it resist drooping with age.
Nose tip correctionAlar base narrowing
Wide or flared nostrils are narrowed through small incisions placed in the natural crease where the nostril meets the cheek, so the marks are well hidden.
Broad nose correctionGoals differ for women and men

Open or closed cosmetic rhinoplasty?
The approach is chosen after examination, based mainly on the thickness of your skin and how much needs to change.
Open rhinoplasty
A small stepped cut across the columella gives a full view of the framework, allowing very precise cartilage shaping and grafting.
Best for: complex tip work, marked asymmetry and revision surgery.
Endonasal approachClosed rhinoplasty
All cuts are inside the nostrils, so there is no visible scar, and early swelling is usually less.
Best for: smaller bridge changes, hump reduction on its own and simple profile alignment.
Function first: why appearance and breathing go together
Making a nose narrower without reinforcing its internal support can let the upper lateral cartilages collapse inwards, causing a blocked nose that lasts. That is why every cosmetic plan here follows a function-first approach: the nasal valves and septum are assessed and protected while the outside is reshaped.
Recovery timeline
- A light external splint protects the new shape
- Splint and fine stitches removed at the hospital on day 7
- Most visible bruising, more than 85 percent, has cleared
- Return to work and social activities
- Remaining swelling resolves
- The skin settles over the new framework
- The result stabilises and is permanent
- Follow-up continues for up to one year
Returning to your activities
- Make-up away from the nose: straight away
- Make-up on the nose: about 3 days after the splint comes off
- Light walking: from about 2 weeks
- Running, intense workouts and contact sports: after 4 to 6 weeks
Cost of cosmetic rhinoplasty in Hyderabad
Every quote is individual. It depends on:
- Operating time, which reflects how many areas of the nose are being changed.
- The approach, open or closed.
- Cartilage grafts, if your own cartilage is needed to support or build up the nose.

Frequently asked questions
Will rhinoplasty change the way my whole face looks?
Only the nose is operated on, but because it sits in the centre of the face, a better-balanced nose often makes the eyes, lips and chin look more in proportion too.
Will my nose look operated?
The plan is based on your own facial measurements and your heritage, so the result suits your face rather than following a standard shape. Any grafts are smoothed and blended so their edges are not visible.
Can my breathing and my profile be corrected in the same operation?
Yes. When the examination shows a deviated septum, enlarged turbinates or weak nasal valves, these are corrected during the same operation, which is then called a functional septorhinoplasty.
Does open rhinoplasty leave a scar?
Open rhinoplasty uses a small stepped cut across the columella, the strip of skin between the nostrils. It is closed with very fine stitches and usually fades to a faint line over 3 to 6 months.
When can I return to my normal routine?
Make-up away from the nose can be used straight away, and on the nose about 3 days after the splint is removed. Light walking is fine from about 2 weeks. Running, intense exercise and contact sports are avoided for 4 to 6 weeks.
How much does cosmetic rhinoplasty cost in Hyderabad?
The cost depends on how long the operation takes, whether an open or closed approach is used, and whether cartilage grafts are needed. You will receive a clear estimate after your consultation.
